Some Teacher Gifts

Good Monday morning. Hope you had a great weekend. Today I have some card sets I made for my boys teachers as gifts. I had fun with these ones.

This first set uses the same paper for all but a different Sarah Kay stamp for each card


Here are the Copics I used in this set: E21, E31, E33, E35, E37, E50, YG95, YG99, Y21, Y35, Y38, B00, B0000, R17, R20, R81, R85, R89, B93, B97, W1, W5, W7

To get the backgrounds I airbrushed with B0000 & E31

This second set uses the same stamp but different background papers (all the same paper line Basic Grey Green At Heart)

Town Scrapper challenge Friday

Good morning. Hope you are having a good day. Canada Day is coming up and in honor of Canada Day the challenge at the Town Scrapper is to do a red/white card. I love these colors together. Here is what I came up with:

A few more Copic projects

Good morning. Thought I'd share a couple more cards I did using Copics.

This first one is using Kraftin' Kimmie's stamps which I'm totally in love with! They are so cute.

This next one I wanted to play with these lilies. It's hard to see but I used the clear Spica pen to highlight the lilies. I also used my new Copic air gun (given to me by my wonderful hubby) to add the pink to the background of the stamped image.

I used R81 to air brush the pink background

Here is my tip for the month: Pick a color and then "build" around it. So start with whatever color is going to be the stand out color of your image. It could be blue or green...whatever. Then chose colors to go with that color.
