Day 24

TGIF!

Today I have day 24 of my Lain Ehmann class. This is inspired by a Pagemaps sketch. I had fun with this one.

I used Basic Grey on this one. Loved how it came together.

Quick post today, have a super weekend.

Day 19

Yes, I've been a bad blogger. The silent auction at our school was a huge success, bringing in 21K for our playground. The last week was spent wrapping it up and also with some much needed down time. That was a lot of work!

On to scrappy stuff. Today I have day 19 from my Lain Ehmann class. Today I'll get my last assignment. And I have yesterdays almost done. I've kept up not too badly considering how busy this last month was. I highly recommend this class. It taught me a lot AND I have 31 layouts to show for it at the end.

These pictures were taken by Lisa McDonald

Well time to brave the cold weather, have a great day!

Day 14

Lain Ehmann'a class again! I would recommend this class to anyone. It's been wonderful.

Today is D-day. I've been co-coordinating a silent auction to raise money for a playground at our school and today is the day. Wish me luck, it's been a long haul to get here

Today's layout has Echo park on it. I love this paper, it's a close second to Basic Grey for me.

That is it for today, have a super weekend.

Day 13

Good morning! Hope you are having a wonderful day.

Today I have Day 13 of my Lain Ehmann class to share. This is a favorite photo of mine. That is my son and my husband is Santa. You should have seen the look on his face when he realized who Santa was. It was so funny. He's 11, so this was no news to him. I used Echo Park on this LO. I'm finding my style is very linear. That's what this class teaches you, to find your style.

Have a good day!

Day 9

It is cold and yucky outside here, I'm not looking forward to venturing out today.

I have Day 9 from my Lain Ehmann class. So far keeping up not to bad, I'm sure I'll fall behind at some point.

This is from Christmas this year and I used Basic Grey. I have been itching to use these Prima flowers and thought this was the page to do it.

Stay safe on the roads today!

Day 8

Finally Friday!! This is a busy time in our household and the next few days are going to be crazy but I'm telling myself I can do it.

Today I have my Day 8 layout for my Lain Ehmann class. This was a fun one. These pictures are from Greece, the flowers there are just stunning. They were all so beautiful. I used some Cosmo Cricket on this layout.

That's it for today, have a great weekend.

Day 6

Good morning. Almost Friday!

Today I have Day 6 from my Lain Ehmann class. This was a challenge, we had to scraplift Kelli Crowe. Now while I love to look at her work, it is just not my style and I had a hard time lifting a page. But here is what I came up with and as you can see my clean, linear style just comes through even when I'm trying to scraplift someone more whimsical.

This picture was taken by Lisa McDonald. I love this one because you get a good idea of how long my son's eyelashes are. They are incredible and a I total waste on a boy!

Have a super day and see you soon.
