Town Scrapper Friday Challenge

Good morning. Hope you are all staying warm. It's been a cold couple of days here.

Today I have my Town Scrapper challenge. I created the sketch for this week. I'd love to see your interpretations. You can link them here too.

Here is my card using the fabulous Zeke stamp. I'm super picky about my "boy" stamps but I LOVE him. He's perfect for the age of boys I have here. I used Fancy Pants About a Boy paper too.

Well that's it for today. I have been busy creating all my DT work for May. I'm waiting on good light to take pictures. I can't wait to share. Have a great weekend. I'll be back soon with my Creatively Yours layout.

April's Copic Club Reveal day at Savvy'n'Sassy

***Warning, this is a long post***

Good morning! I am so excited today. It's the first Copic Club reveal day at . If you want to start or add to your marker collection this is the way to do it. You will not find these markers any cheaper. Here are a few of the details:

COPIC CLUB #1 - $11.50/month - Each month (around the 15th) you will get to choose TWO marker colors from the available instore stock. This works out to $5.75 per marker, which is a screamin' deal!

COPIC CLUB #2 - $16.50/month - Each month (around the 15th) you will get to choose THREE marker colors from the instore stock. This works out to $5.50 per marker which is INSANE!!! Yes, Rhea has lost her mind!!!

Along with your markers, if you are a member of the Copic Club, you can pick up additional markers at the time you submit your monthly choices for only $6.00 per marker (Copic Club pricing)!! That way if you want to build your collection FASTER you will be able to do so rapidly and get Copic Club pricing on the markers to boot!! Regular store pricing on the markers is going to be $6.50. Most likely you will have your Copic Club orders shipped with your regular orders in your pizza box, but if you do need them shipped separately, they will be sent as letter mail. You can check your individual rate on the shipping information page.

Your first month you also have the option of adding the Blender pen to your order at your Copic Club monthly prices. So $5.75 for the 2 marker club or $5.50 for the 3 marker club.

Also, the first 50 people in the club receive a Copic Marker Hand color chart and a Copic Color Wheel print out in their first month.

Creatively Yours Saturday

Happy Saturday everyone. I hope you have a fun weekend planned. I'm off to the gym in a bit, I'm training for a 5K in a month. I started a little late this year with my training so we'll see if I have it in me.

Today I have another one of Noella's fabulous Guest DT sketches at Creatively Yours. This one was so much fun to work with.

This is my son on Christmas morning with his new iPod touch. He was so surprised and so happy to get it. It was our big Christmas moment!

Well that is it for today. I'm off to train and maybe do some scrapping. Have a wonderful day!

Head over there and participate. A couple of our wonderful DT are donating a dollar for each card created this week. I'm doing that too. So this is the week to participate!

Town Scrapper Monday Showcase

Good morning. I hope you all had a wonderful Easter. Ours was lots of fun with a yummy dinner yesterday and way too much chocolate. The boys are also off this week so it should be more of a relaxing week and less routine. That's sometimes a good thing.

Today I have my Town Scrapper card to share with you. I used one of the gorgeous Victoria Case stamps today. I must say I love them. Phebe carries them exclusively. If you would like to purchase them all you have to do is to drop her and email.

For this card I made it a trifold one. It's sort of hard to see in the picture. I used some old Basic Grey and the image is colored with Copics and I used some Ranger pearls to add some depth.

That's it for today. Have a happy Monday.

April at Creatively Yours

Good morning. Ok so my goal for the month of April is to not be a bad blogger! I'm trying to get back on track with 3 posts a week. Wish me luck!

Today I have exciting news from Creatively Yours. The guest designer for the month of April is the wonderfully talented Noella Arsenault. If you have never seen her sketches you must go to Creatively Yours this month and check them out. They are fabulous. So today I have my first creation with her sketches:

This is us on one of our great hikes last year. I can't wait to get back out hiking this year. It will be tough to fit in with all our vacation plans but I sure want to.

That is it for today. Have a wonderful, peaceful Easter.
